Welcome to the awake BOULDER Yoga Studio website!
Our yoga studio in Boulder has a friendly, local neighborhood vibe and community. It features maple hardwood floors, lots of natural light and expansive 15-foot high ceilings. Because of this, our unique space feels like it’s a bit off the beaten path. We are able to offer a more intimate and personal learning experience.
ALL of our classes have a drop-in rate of only $10! We are inspired to make our mind-body practice offerings affordable and accessible. Our belief is that they can only have a positive impact on everyone and every body!
With this in mind, we offer diverse classes in Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga. Additionally, we have classes in meditation, tai chi and qigong. You will feel right at home in one of our classes. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years! Moreover, inclusivity and community are core values we strive to embody. Different individuals will resonate with different practices. We recognize this. Thus, it is our intention to offer a sacred, sanctuary that encourages self-exploration. An environment that feels both supportive and nourishing.

Just steps away from the Hyatt Place Hotel, RTD Depot Square Station at Boulder Junction and the S’PARK neighborhood. Additionally, we are only a short walk from the Whole Foods on Pearl Street and the Google campus. Therefore, we are very much in the heart of Boulder!
