awake BOULDER Yoga Studio is inspired by a desire to create a sanctuary within the community to bring together a variety of different mind-body practices.

 

While outwardly the practices we offer may take on different forms—each of them not only cultivates greater health and fitness from a physical standpoint, but also wellness at a deeper level that includes being in harmony and in alignment with our innermost being.

 

It is the latter that is the real treasure of mind-body practices. When we show up to our practices with this intention, we invite greater joy, peace, love and compassion into our lives—and by extension, our community.

 

We develop tools to become more aware of our inner obstacles and find ways to release them. Our lives are not separate from our practices—but a reflection of them.
