The Yoga of Writing Workshop

Come join us for a 3-hour workshop on the Yoga of Writing from 2-5 pm on Sunday, March 4, 2018!

Hosted by award-winning writer/editor/teacher Brad Wetzler & international yogi/transformational coach Sasha B. Cohen.

This workshop will explore movement, breath, and creativity. It will include asana (yoga poses), guided writing exercises, yoga philosophy, and students reading their work out loud. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space for movement, creativity, discourse, and growth.

Kaity Rose (CYT1000, RYT500, ERYT200) teaches empowering yoga classes that focus on deepening connection to body, mind, and life-force. Offering therapeutic yoga workshops and retreats all across the globe, Kaity meets students where they are to create meaningful transformation and healing. She received her advanced credentials in Yoga Therapy through studying with Kripalu, Naropa University, and Integrative Yoga Therapy. Come join us for a FREE Vinyasa Flow community yoga class being held at awake BOULDER Yoga Studio on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 5:45 pm! No registration is required.

This will be an all levels flow class led by Danielle Ouellette, which will challenge yourself and get your heart beating and breath flowing. Students will move from one posture to another in a continuous flow, linking movement to breath. This physical yoga builds strength, flexibility and stamina. You will leave class feeling refreshed, invigorated and inspired to meet challenges off your mat!
