Life is too precious to waste doing anything less than what makes us happy. Now is the time for you to take control of who you want to be. No matter where you are or what you are going through, begin again and own the power of choice.

Through a guided meditation you will work towards acknowledging your inner critic, and rediscovering your true self. The physical asana practice will invite you to discover ‘who you are being vs who you want to be for yourself and others.’ You create your world with your words and thoughts, therefore, inquiry on truth and belief will allow you to crack open to possibility and freedom in your life, and discover the power of intentional living.

The promise: You will gain a new understanding of listening to yourself and others and obtain tools to clearly identity what works and does not work in specific areas of your life.

Come open and willing to explore who you are. Bring a journal, pen and yoga mat. Dress comfortably for a yoga practice and discussion.

This workshop will explore movement, breath, and creativity. It will include asana (yoga poses), guided writing exercises, yoga philosophy, and students reading their work out loud. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space for movement, creativity, discourse, and growth.
