In recent years we have witnessed remarkable material progress, yet may feel as though we lack the perspective, wisdom, and confidence to enjoy a balanced and meaningful life. Even though Buddha’s teachings originated more than two millennia ago, this ancient wisdom still continues to illuminate the human condition in the twenty-first century and reveal our limitless potential for freedom and happiness.
Each class consists of a guided relaxing meditation and talk to help us solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek. Beginners welcome. No need to bring anything or wear special clothing.

Meditation classes offer the chance to learn how to make our mind calm and peaceful. By training in meditation we will learn to develop inner peace, giving us the ability to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
